Effective date: 09/01/25
Company: EOLS Inc. (“EOLS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)
Contact: support@eolsinc.org | Batesville, MS 38606

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase of our courses, your use of our website eolsinc.org (the “Site”), and participation in any online classes, live sessions, or related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1) Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be 18+ (or the age of majority in your state) to enroll and attend.
  • You must create an account to purchase and access classes; you are responsible for keeping your login secure.
  • One account/seat per person; accounts and seats are non-transferable.

2) Course Access & Enrollment

  • Access to live Zoom sessions, the class calendar, and gated content is granted after successful purchase and enrollment.
  • Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access course materials for the period stated at checkout (e.g., 14 days of access, if applicable) and solely for your own learning.
  • We may require you to be logged in to view the calendar and/or join sessions.

3) Class Delivery & Technology

  • Classes are delivered online via third-party tools (e.g., Zoom, Tutor LMS). You are responsible for having a compatible device, stable internet, and the ability to join sessions.
  • EOLS may record live sessions for quality, make-ups, or compliance. You may not record, copy, or distribute any session or materials without our written consent.
  • Passcodes and join links are for enrolled students only. Sharing is prohibited.

4) Payments, Deposits & Balances

  • Payments are processed through WooCommerce using approved gateways (e.g., Stripe).
  • If a deposit option is offered, it holds your seat and is non-refundable (see Refund Policy). Any remaining balance is due as stated at checkout (typically before or at the first class).
  • Failure to pay the balance may result in suspension, cancellation of access, and/or loss of your seat without refund of the deposit.

5) Cancellations, Rescheduling & EOLS Changes

  • We may reschedule sessions or make reasonable changes to instructors or formats. If EOLS cancels a course in full, you may choose a full refund or a free transfer to a future session.

6) Refunds & Credits

Refunds are governed by our Refunds & Returns Policy, which is incorporated by reference. In short:

  • Before class begins: You may request a refund up to 48 hours before your first scheduled session (deposit is non-refundable).
  • After class begins: No refunds except for extenuating circumstances reviewed case-by-case (e.g., medical emergency), which may result in a transfer, partial credit, or partial refund at our discretion.
Read the full policy here: [link to your Refunds & Returns Policy page].

7) No Guarantee of Outcomes

EOLS provides exam preparation and training only. We do not guarantee that you will pass any DMV/third-party tests, obtain a CDL, or secure employment. Your results depend on your own effort, attendance, and performance.

8) Student Conduct

To maintain a safe, respectful learning environment, you agree to:

  • Be on time, engaged, and professional during live sessions.
  • Avoid disruptive behavior, harassment, or abusive language.
  • Not share, sell, or post course materials, recordings, or links/passcodes.
  • Follow all instructor directions and platform rules.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations without refund.

9) Intellectual Property

All content (course materials, slides, quizzes, recordings, logos, graphics, and text) is the property of EOLS or our licensors and is protected by law. You receive only a limited license to access course content for personal learning during your access window. Any copying, redistribution, or commercial use is prohibited without written permission.

10) User Content & Feedback

If you submit reviews, questions, assignments, or feedback (“User Content”), you grant EOLS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content to operate and improve the Services. You are responsible for your User Content and warrant that you own or have rights to it.

11) Privacy

Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy (incorporated by reference). Please review it here: [link to your Privacy Policy page].

12) Accessibility & Accommodations

EOLS strives to be inclusive. If you need a reasonable accommodation, please email support@eolsinc.org as early as possible prior to your class start date.

13) Service Interruptions

We may experience outages or maintenance windows. We are not liable for interruptions caused by third-party providers (e.g., Zoom, internet carriers). We will make commercially reasonable efforts to restore access and provide reasonable make-ups when feasible.

14) Chargebacks & Disputes

Please contact us first to resolve any billing issues. Unauthorized or unfounded chargebacks may result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated.

15) Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability

  • The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  • To the maximum extent allowed by law, EOLS, its owners, instructors, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course giving rise to the claim.

16) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold EOLS harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Services, your User Content, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

17) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for any violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services. Upon termination, your license to access content ends immediately, and no refund is owed unless required by law or expressly stated in our Refund Policy.

18) Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Effective date.” Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

19) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Panola County, Mississippi. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

20) Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, war, labor disputes, government actions, widespread outages).

21) Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Refunds & Returns Policy and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and EOLS regarding the Services and supersede all prior understandings.
