1) Information we collect
You provide it: account details (name, email, phone, password), checkout details (billing info, address, “Preferred Session”), messages you send us, class interactions.
Automatic: device & usage data (IP, browser, pages viewed, timestamps, referrers), cookies and similar tech.
From processors: payment status from Stripe/PayPal; Zoom meeting join/attendance metadata; email/SMS delivery data.
2) How we use your information
- Create/manage your account; process deposits and payments; provide invoices
- Provide access to classes (dashboard, calendar, Zoom)
- Send transactional messages (order confirmations, access reminders, class updates)
- Improve the Site, troubleshoot, prevent fraud/abuse
- Comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations
Access window: student access to gated content is time-limited (currently 14 days from order completion).
3) Payments
We use Stripe and/or PayPal to process payments. Your payment details are submitted directly to those processors. We receive limited info to record your order.
4) Classes via Zoom
Live classes are delivered using Zoom. If you join through our embedded web player (Zoom Web SDK) or the Zoom app, Zoom may collect usage and technical data per their policy:
Zoom Privacy. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information during sessions.
5) Events & calendar
We use The Events Calendar to display class dates. Public visitors see schedule info only; logged-in students with access may see join links.
6) Cookies & similar technologies
We use cookies to keep you logged in, maintain your cart, measure performance, and remember preferences. You can control cookies in your browser; blocking essential cookies may break login, checkout, or “My Classes.”
7) Sharing your information
We do not sell personal information. We share it with service providers that help operate the Site and deliver services (hosting, security, backups, payments, Zoom, email/SMS, analytics, developers under NDA). Providers may process data in the U.S. or other countries with safeguards and contracts.
8) Data retention
- Orders/invoices/tax records: retained as required by law
- Student access metadata: retained as needed for service and auditing
- Support messages: retained for service history and disputes
9) Your choices & rights
- Access/Update: use My Account or contact us
- Delete: request account deletion where legally permitted (we may retain records required by law)
- Marketing opt-out: unsubscribe using email footer links (transactional emails will still be sent)
- Do Not Track: we do not respond to DNT signals
10) Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (HTTPS, access controls). No method is 100% secure; use strong, unique passwords.
11) Children’s privacy
Our services are intended for adults and not directed to children under 13.

Links to third-party sites (practice tests, apps) are governed by those sites’ policies.
