Refund Policy

At EOLS Inc., our goal is to reserve your seat and deliver a focused, instructor-led learning experience. Because seats are limited, all sales are final once class begins. Please read the details below.

Before Class Begins

  • You may request a refund up to 48 hours before your first scheduled class session.
  • A non-refundable deposit (if paid) is used to hold your seat and is not refundable.
  • Any third-party processing fees are not refundable.

After Class Begins

  • No refunds or returns are issued after you attend or access any portion of the class (live Zoom session, course materials, quizzes, or recordings).

Extenuating Circumstances (Case-by-Case)

We understand emergencies happen. We may consider a one-time exception for:

  • Serious medical emergency or hospitalization of the student,
  • Immediate family bereavement,
  • Active-duty military orders,
  • A documented platform outage that prevents participation across an entire session.

What we may offer: a course transfer to a future date, a partial credit, or a partial refund at our sole discretion after review of documentation. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the missed session.

How to Request

Email info@eolsinc.org with:

  • Full name and email used at checkout
  • Order number
  • Course name and start date
  • Explanation and any supporting documents (e.g., doctor’s note, orders)

We aim to respond within 3 business days and resolve within 5 business days.

Cancellations / Rescheduling by EOLS

If EOLS cancels a class in full, you may choose a full refund (including deposit) or a free transfer to the next available session. If we reschedule a single session, we will provide a make-up or recording; refunds are not issued for rescheduled single sessions.

Digital Materials

Any downloadable or online study materials included with your purchase are non-returnable and non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

Chargebacks

Please contact us to resolve any issue before filing a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated.

Compliance

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws. Where the law requires a different outcome, we will honor the law.
